How we handle your data
Short version: we read your WhatsApp history once, keep only what we learned about your business, and delete the messages themselves.

By default nothing after the report is built: your chat history is stored with your report so you can access it later. Ask and everything is deleted.

Working files are removed after 72 hours. The derived knowledge base is kept so you can return to your report.

The extension reads a WhatsApp Web chat only when you press Suggest, turn on learning, or run a scan. Phone numbers, emails and customer names are removed in your browser before anything is sent. It never sends a WhatsApp message for you.
On our servers: your knowledge base and about 30 short replies you wrote (your tone) — no customer messages. In your browser: quick replies, customer cards and settings. Google: only what you connect — Calendar events you book, and the Drive files you pick. Google refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
